Events of the week 8th – 14th of July 2019

Between the 12th and the 14th of July, 2019, Borsec Ceaun Festival, 2nd edition will be held at Borsec: interactive workshops, outdoor competitions, presentations, demonstrations, dances, photo exhibitions, screenings, concerts: Kalandor, 4 S Street, Ineffable (jazz), flute-guitar recital Pethő Rebeka and Pethő Csaba,  Cozmești Brass Band, Krypton, Orokseg, Fuvo shock, Signal M, Phoenix and ten invited minorities. Organizers: Asociația Culturală Secvențe, Papa la Sanyi,   Borsec Town Hall.

Între 12 și 14 iulie 2019, la Borsec va avea loc Ceaun Borsec Festival, ediția a II-a: ateliere interactive, concursuri outdoor, prezentări, demonstrații, dansuri, expoziții foto, proiecții film, concerte: Kalandor, 4 S Street, Ineffable ( jazz ), recital de flaut-chitară Pethő Rebeka şi Pethő Csaba, Fanfara din Cozmești, Krypton, Orokseg, Fuvo shock, Semnal M, Phoenix și zece minorități invitate. Organizatori: Asociația Culturală Secvențe, Papa la Sanyi,  Primăria  Borsec.

Between May and October 2019, at Toplița „George Sbârcea” Town Library the 6th edition of the National Reading Contest entitled „Battle of the books” will take place.  Children aged between 11 and 13, teenagers aged between 14 and 18 and adults may enrol in all sections and subsidiaries, throughout the duration of the contest.  The final will take place in October 2019. The project is carried out under the High Patronage of the President of Romania and under the aegis of the Year of the Book. Organisers: Toplița „George Sbârcea” Town Library, Cluj County Council, Cluj „Octavian Goga” County Library and A.N.B.P.R.

Every week, from Tuesday till Friday, between 8 and 12 AM, you may visit the Commune Museum from Tulgheș.

 

Every Wednesday, between 4 and 5 PM, the junior high school students may participate to a coding course in the „Wix code kids” programme, at Toplița Town Library.
